2019 ()

(3 year 300-litre oak cask, bottling June 2020) yellow robe; the nose is reserved, on peach with a hint of pineapple, isn’t showy. The start of the palate is fat, bears glycerol, with a sound stream of elegant content, nut-salt moments, apricot. It ends successfully, juice, its trump card, there. This is attractive. 14.5°. From late-2020. 2025 Feb 2020

2018

yellow robe; elder cordial, lemon curd airs in a stout bouquet that has strength, isn’t fully out. The palate is also based on a firm couch, is sunswept, manly, with power showing through on the finish – peach stone, darkness, tang notably there. The aftertaste is buttery. It’s a bit top heavy, and the 2019 has better balance. 15°. To 2024 Feb 2020
