100% Syrah from pebble galet stone soils, destemmed, 2 weel steel vat vinification, pumping overs, cap punching, raised 50% vat, 50% 5-6 year 650-litre oak casks 10 months, filtered, 5,000 b


sombre dark robe; the nose has a sweet bearing, simmered black fruits, a little perfume. It rests on the surface, rather than going deep. The palate is also scented, bears loose black fruits, cassis and blackberry, with a supple tone to the tannins. It ends roundly, drinks now, in tender fashion. 13°. 5,000 b. €16. 2023-24 Nov 2019
