The wines > Saint-Maurice
LVT 2007 r wh Young Adrien Fabre also works the Visan Domaine La Florane. The white is well worth a second look. The crop was delivered to the Co-operative at St Maurice until 2001, when the Fabres built the cellar. Gradual retreat from a lot of oak a good sign of learning.
LVT 2009 r wh Cosmoculture here. Philippe Viret was at the Co-operative of Saint-Maurice, and made his first wine in 1999. He is the fourth generation of his family in wine. The domaine numbers 28 hectares of vineyards set in a total of 54 hectares that involve the grazing of sheep, pigs, and apricot, cherry and olive trees. No sulphur used on his reds. Question of taste if you take to these full, sometimes a bit forced, wines.
LVT 2009 r Glaring value for the 2009. Highly recommended for online purchases in GB.
