pale yellow. A notable, fresh air of gooseberry, with citrus on the nose, one that accentuates verve, has a little gras and an undertow of spearmint, infused tea of peppermint. The minted theme continues on the palate, which holds spiced, cooked fruits such as apricot in its flavour. Unusual – the freshness level, given it is made from fat varieties of Grenache blanc and Viognier. The fruit fades on the end: this is more technical than natural. 13.5°. To 2015 Oct 2012
