2007 ()

full robe with dark zones in it. The bouquet is well rounded and open, led by blackberry. Supple but well-structured black fruits on the palate; this shows a little late heat, correctly so. There is plenty here, and, if anything, there is the risk of excess power. I note it is 15.5°. To 2012. March 2009

2005 ()

grounded bouquet – berry fruit with sinew, partly shows a minted clarity. Black fruits, prune with some richness and a measured advance through the palate. Touch of licorice, baked black fruit and Christmas cake at the end. Good grip. Holds constructive, present tannins. 2013-15 March 2007

2004 ()

quite full red. Strawberry aroma with jam touches, clear, and young still. Tightly woven red fruits start, with tannins coming on board from half way. Decent, slightly chewy end. Tannins need leaving till mid-2007. 2011. April 2006
