(vat, bottling March 2019, earlier than usual, lack of wine to sell) dark red; blackberry fruit with a sweet curve comes forward on the bouquet, a plump opening it is. The palate is soft, fleshy, gourmand, presents a serene calm front. There’s a touch of late tannin, minting. This shows the virtues of unhurried winemaking. It’ll be ready soon. To 2023 Feb 2019

shiny dark red robe, life in it. Cherry stone, soaked cherries air, herbs and licorice, good clarity in the nose. The palate holds nice energy, red fruits on wheels; its well ripened tannins are curvy, supple. This is good naked Visan, with real detail. It’s great restaurant wine, drinks well on the go now. “It’s on fruit, tension,” Rémi Pouizin. 14°. €12. Bottled July 2017. 2021-22 Feb 2018

dark red robe; The nose gives licorice, dark berry airs with reserves for more expression. It has a joli depth, good clarity and shows a low-ket floral angle as well. The palate holds compact berry fruit with good mid-palate content and appealing length. It runs with a flourish, is a beau, w.o.w. wine suited for restaurant drinking, versatile with different dishes. The finish is tasty, involving berries and licorice once more. To 2019  Feb 2015
