2014 ()

opaque, vanilla-pale pear colour. The nose gives a first air of infused tea, camomile, with pear notes as well. The palate is a little bit static: the content is ripe, suggests stewed or cooked fruits, has a coated depth. Foods over aperitif – pork would go well. It has a slightly candy, confected nature. 12.5°. 50% Gren bl, 50% Clairette. 5,300 b. €7.20 at the cellars. To 2017  Jun 2015

2011 ()

green tinted yellow robe; spiced bouquet, the fruit mixing tangerine and cooked pear, also dried fruits, with hazelnut and a light air of honeysuckle. A good start. Has a supple, white fruit jam attack, the content is nice and squeezy, has vanilla and a tang in it. Honey-peach flavours follow on from the attack. Honest style, better with food. It quietens a little, has aromatic afternotes, is genuine wine that is both refined and shows local colour. 13°. To 2016. €3.79 export.  Oct 2012
